We will gladly accept any return within 30 days, provided the item is in new or like-new condition. We will only issue a refund or send a replacement as needed once the item has been received in our warehouse.

All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order. Our 30-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).

Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we will not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.

Exceptions to our return policy:

  1. We will be charging a 50% restocking fee on all opened videos, DVDs and books.
  2. Consumable products (like dietary supplements, hair removal cream, lipsticks or any other product that can be used up) are not returnable once they have been opened.
  3. Media such as video tapes, CDs, DVDs, Internal Antenna Boosters, and software may only be returned for replacement only all sales are final.

Along with your return, be sure to include the following:

  1. Your order number and/or your complete name, address, and email address
  2. There must be no more than thirty days between the date you receive the item and the date we receive the return.
  3. Our Returns department will Refuse any delivery without the Return Authorization Number[RAN]. Return Authorization Number can be obtained by e-mailing customer service at Info@Shoppershalt.com
  4. A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s)
  5. Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement
  6. You must write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package on the label side or else your package will be refused.

Please include the original shipping box and package materials when possible. Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package. For your protection, return the product via UPS prepaid, or U.S. Mail prepaid and with a return receipt. Retain the UPS tracking number or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, a refund, or replacement.

Refunds will appear on your credit card statement within 2 weeks. Refunds for those who have paid via check or money order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Shoppershalt.Com will reimburse you for your actual shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or defective, or if you were shipped an incorrect item due to a mistake on our end. We are unable to reimburse you for service fees charged by third parties, such as Mail Boxes Etc. Otherwise, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Please note that packages with missing or invalid RMA numbers, or that are past the thirty day limit will be refused at your expenses.
