Denise Austin
is a peppy, chirpy, popular fitness personality who has starred in
countless exercise videos throughout the years. She has jumped on the
Pilates bandwagon and produced a few programs based on its principles
and techniques. To Pilates purists, however, it is clear that this
method of exercise is not her area of
expertise.
There are
effective stretching and toning exercises within, but these workouts
are more for those who aren't too concerned about learning proper
Pilates form. She does keep you moving and motivated,
though.
